Our own warehouse, next door to head office
Every brand we carry is stored at our central logistics centre in Dubai Investment Park, Jebel Ali. Stock is kept cool, tracked by our own systems and delivered in under 24 hours from order.
The warehouse in figures
Stored at 15±2°C, all year round
Confectionery and chocolate need steady conditions in the Gulf. Our warehouse is temperature controlled to 15±2°C, with humidity kept at 45% or below by central cooling systems.
Pallets are moved in the racking by remote-controlled pallet shuttles.
Every pallet on the system
All logistics operations in the warehouse are controlled by our warehouse management system. It runs alongside an ERP developed in-house, which our own team keeps updating as the supply chain changes.
Constant re-investment in our IT infrastructure keeps both systems up to date with the way we distribute.

From order to delivery in under 24 hours
More than 100 logistics staff, trained in TQM and HACCP, give us one of the quickest order-to-delivery turnarounds.
We have invested in a new fleet of trucks for chilled and frozen products. For the traditional trade, our vans carry handheld devices and use GPS route optimisation.
The business works to a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015, and staff are trained to HACCP and ISO standards.
